Martina Köhn is a shareholder and managing director of WindAdvice GmbH and has been the owner and managing director of WindAdvice Denmark since 2016. She is a licensed attorney in Germany with a focus on legal and commercial advice to clients in the field of renewable energies. In addition to more than 20 years of international experience in the areas of project development, purchase and sale of renewable energy projects, contract negotiations, due diligence as well as financing, asset management and business development, she has held numerous management positions in Denmark and Sweden in the areas of investment and wind turbine production clothed and is very well connected in Germany, Scandinavia and Poland. She was also a member of the supervisory board of Norddeutsche Energien AG (fund structure).

Dr. Georg Renner advises both buyers and sellers on domestic and cross-border real estate and corporate transactions, both in the form of asset and share deals. He covers the entire tax spectrum of the transaction, from coordinating letters of intent and tax due diligence to drafting and negotiating contracts. He also advises on restructuring, joint ventures and conversions. In addition to transaction tax law, Dr. Renner in all aspects of current tax law, especially in the area of loss utilization, group taxation, holding structures, withholding tax exemptions and license taxation. Dr. Renner represents his clients in external audits, out-of-court appeals and in tax court proceedings.

Sebastian Adler worked in various banks from 2006 to 2013. Among other things, in risk management at Unicredit in the area of special financing (aircraft, ships, special systems, etc.). He then worked as a management consultant for several years. There he advised companies in various sectors (hotel and gastronomy, Anklam Extract, Taraxa Gum, agriculture and trade) and also got to know the wind industry. From 2017 he then switched to the wind industry at eno energy GmbH, where he was responsible for controlling until he was appointed to the board of NEAG Norddeutsche Energie AG at the end of 2017. Until April 2020, he was responsible for setting up this AG, which grew from a balance sheet total of EUR 100,000 to over EUR 400 million during this time. Under his responsibility, bonds (mezzanine) of over EUR 100 million were issued and subscribed to by various investment funds. More than 40 wind farms were purchased and refinanced. At the end of his term of office, the entire portfolio amounted to over 360 MW of nominal output and over EUR 400 million in assets under management.
